  1. First of all prepare white sauce. For that put butter in the vessel and add kalonji seeds and chopped garlic. Saute them for a while. Now add maida and saute well until it become fragrant.
  2. Now add 1 cup milk and law the flame and whisk it continuously. Make it smooth in consistency avoid any kind of lumps. Grate 1 cheese cube in it. Mix well. White sauce is ready.

  5. Add a handful of fresh coriander leaves. Let the mixture cool down completely. Now take bread slices and trim the edges. Place 2 tsp filling. Make a slurry of maida adding water to it. Apply it on the edges and cover with another bread slice, press the sides. Prepare other like this.
  6. Add water to cornflour and make a slurry. Dip the edges of bread into slurry and apply on the whole bread too with the help of the brush. And coat them with bread crumbs. Put in refrigerator. deep fry them in hot oil.
  7. Serve hot with tomato ketchup. Without coating with bread crumbs either you can grill them on the pan like sandwiches.
