  4. Wash and soak rice for 30 min.jab yakhni ready ho jae to us mein rice add kar De aur rice ke mutabik salt and water add kardein or pisa hoa garam masala bhi add Karen.
  5. Jab rice ka pani khushk ho jai to zarde ka rang pani me mix kar ke rice me dal De or tali hoi pyaz or 2 green chilli dal ke 15 min ke Liye dam Pe rakh De.
  6. Zaeqedar biryani pulao taayar…….. Serve with raita.and salad.
