- Moisten edges with water and they will self-seal as you roll the skins.
- Heat up enough oil in a deep pan so egg rolls will be completely submerged while frying.
- Deep frying oil will bubble around egg rolls as long at they are raw. When they are cooked, bubbling will slow or stop. If they are not cooked enough, place on cookie sheet in oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until done.
