Fill the last slit with cheese. Drizzle one tbsp olive oil. Sprinkle one tsp peri peri spice. Now put garlic cloves on it and wrap it in an aluminum foil. Repeat for the remaining potatoes.
- Now arrange the potatoes on a baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degree for 30 min. You can check after that and if needed cook a little longer. Oven temperature might differ for different brands, so keep checking. Do not overcook as it will not taste that great.
- Remove from foil after it is done, add a tsp of butter on top and serve with sour cream.
